Can't see the video, but that guy is funny. He NEVER measures anything when he cooks too. Little this, little that, pinch here and there.

Mr. Wilson lived across from me for 15 years or so.. always had a batch of gumbo or jambalaya at least once a summer..... he was a heck of a nice guy and tons of entertainment
