Its a done deal between Ole Miss and Nutt. He will be our new HC.
I like the hire. I think he is the type of coach we need right now.

I haven't heard anything official, but if that's true, congratulations.
Definitely better than what you had.
Now my Bulldogs gotta a figure out how to beat him. He had our number when he was at Arkansas.
Should have known it though. You'd have to be a nutt to take the Ole Mess job.

Jelly, I think he is 9-1 against MSU. But, I'm certain that had no influence on his being hired at Ole Miss.

Great news for the Ole Piss faithful! Great news for State too! It should now force Croom and Co. to keep up with the times. More pressure on them should keep them from resting on their laurels and being complacent. Should make them hussle a little more in recruiting, coaching, etc. Good thing for both schools. Good luck next year with Nutt!

Too bad he cant bring McFadden with him.
I do think it is a good hire for the Rebs. Now I have to try to figure out why I dont like him.

That was "Arkansas" that beat us, not Houston Nutt
That's like saying since O won 3 NC at USC, he would do the same at Ole Miss.
All kidding aside, I think Nutt is a great hire for Ole Miss.
