What would you have done?
We get to the boat ramp at 4:30 and pulled to the side to get the boat ready. We had everything on and In the boat when we arrived and just had to unstrap the boat. There was a truck backing down the ramp and two guys at their truck putting on their waders and getting all their shiot together. I got in the boat and my bud got in to back me down. We waited a few minutes for the other truck to pull up. He pulled up and we started backing down only to find the guy in the truck left his boat at the bottom of the ramp crossways. He even tied it their instead of tying it over on the bank out of the way. We waited for about 5 min. for the guy to park the truck and walk back. The other two and a dog met him at the ramp at about the same time. They walk by and don't say a word. I just knew he was going to appologize b/c maybe he did not know the boat was blocking the ramp. I said Good Morning and one spoke and the other two got in the boat without a sound. At this point I realize he blocked the ramp on purpose and they took off in a 14' boat with a 25 with 3 men and a dog. They get a 10 min head start on us but, I have a 18' with 90hp. I ran my boat wide open for about 15 min and I caught up with them. I never slowed down as I passed and rocked that little boat pretty good. They were close to the bank and the water was about 4ft. deep. I bet they took two showers this morning. What would you have done?

It is a small ramp with steep banks. If I moved it to the side, I still could not back down.
your saying that even if they moved their boat to the side, you still couldn't of backed your boat down? then whats the big deal? if you had loaded your boat first, they would of had to wait on you..

There were about 6 boats tied on the bank out of the way of the ramp. not on the inside of the ramp. That is what everyone does.
