This was a closing to a great season, today being one of the most relaxed days of hunting. It was tough to get birds into the decoys, but when they did they were in your face. Large groups of ducks made it tough hard to get them all in, but we shot well and were able to all take turns shooting to get our 5 green heads! After being froze up in KS for the last week, 60 degree temps were welcomed by all in the blind, and our flooded smartweed and barnyard wetland was hammered by the Mallards!

Cool pics and good shooting.

Great day.
jc: They can't help being a bunch of slope headed goobers who have to live on a mud flat that is slowly sinking into the Gulf of Mexico.
The only view you need to get use to is not having to look at rusted out oil refineries belching sulphur into the air while your stuck on the interstate with sea of cars going 3 mph.

Oh I see I hit a nerve. Go put on your purple jumpsuit, air up the tires in the family home and you'll feel better.
