Tell her you love her, and can't live without her. You tell her you don't want a divorce. She'll be pissed at you and she'll run off and do something stupid. That is when your buddy you have hired to follow her takes all the pictures. You know, the pictures that she will not want everyone in the courtroom to see. Leverage, my man. You need leverage.

Old Bernie Ebbers old lady filed for divorce 4/18/08. She has a new 6 carat ring from David Nutt, a tobacco lawyer. A pre-nup is in order.
Sorry to change the subject. They won't give her everything. Call her bluff and lawyer up. If she wants out, see how bad she wants out. Good Luck.

dont grant it...unless she has grounds you do not have to agree to a "no fault" in fact more and more courts are ruling for counseling before
they will even grant the divorce
if she leaves anyway I think you can file "abandonment" after XX days and immediately you need to keep tabs or deplete any joint accounts you may have else she'll get to em first
hate that for you and her and I sure hope there arent kids involved...good luck
