Just got back for the week. Played Sandestin "The links" twice. Good course. Ask the family on tee one, left side, for a ball. I gave them one free.
Good course!

I've played most of the courses.
Kelly Plantation - wow is it expensive but firstclass
Regatta Bay- almost as nice
Burnt Pine - Hard as a mofro
Raven - pretty fair all the way around
Baytown - equivical but I've heard it has been updated so no good advice
Links - obviously the stepchild of the four sandestin courses but it has some pretty challenging holes. Not as new or senic but some strong doglegs
Santa Rosa - Not bad at all for the money.

I'd rather play multiple times at average courses. I'd choose Raven,Santa Rosa again. Burnt Pine was really fun but damn it was hard.

It always boils down to $$ when i ultimately decide. 8)

bluewater bay, kelly plan, regatta bay, tiger piont in gulf breeze.... to me, the best course for the money i have ever played is hidden creek outside of pensicola....
If it wasn't for bad luck then i would have no luck at all........

Play Kelly if you don't mind spending a few green backs. It's a first class course. Take extra balls too cause from what i remember it gets pretty tight.

Regatta would be my second pick. Nice course.

My parents had a condo for a number of years in Sandestin resorts, so I got the chance to play just about all the courses that were in there.

Burnt Pine - will make you hate golf! at least show you that you are not that good!
The links - Just a good course
Raven - You get what you pay for
Baytown - Nice, but play the others if you get the chance.

Regatta Bay - Didn't care for it

Camp Creek is hard as #@$% in my book. Kelly and Regatta are nice. Santa Rosa is a deal after 2 pm and a Good course for the money.

Thanks guys! I think i am going to play kelly plantation. I have always wanted to play it but never got the chance. I called yesterday and the price drops from $134 to $61 after four. Guess i will be playing till dark! Like playing late afternoon anyway always seems more relaxing.

Played the Links last year and really enjoyed it. Nice wide fairways and a couple of nice scenic holes on the bay. They did not have gps in the carts which was suprising. What week will you be there? I will be down there next month as well so pm me if you need someone to play with.
