I just recently purchased a blackberry pearl, cellular south is my provider. My plan is 49 a month, unlimited internet and text. Fee mobile to mobile.
But the point is, I've had this phone for two weeks now, and I love this peach. Good speed online and very easy to use. I haven't touched a real computer since I got it.
I was curious if anyone else has a smart phone like this one and how they enjoy it.

That's true, except now I am working from home with it and not getting any more pay. Don't know where I would be with out mine though, but it does cause me to check it every few minutes for work e-mails.

Is it $49.00 flat? How much is it with taxes and such? I've been thinking about upgrading to the blackberry pearl.

I have the pearl with AT&T, I really like it. I dont use all of the functions mostly cause I have changed jobs since getting it and now have internet access all the time and partially because the phone seems to be smarter than I am, but all in all good phone.

I just got a curve last week and really like it. I had another kind of smartphone before, a windows type system. It had some perks to that operating system over the blackberry, but there are several perks with the blakcberry. It's amazing what a phone can do!

voice, text, and call waiting included.. with tax its around 56 a month.
this phone also has google style maps with GPS and directions... no more stopping at the gas station for directions
Cell South has two Blackberry plans, first is 49$, Free mobile to mobile, 500 anytime minutes, unlimited text, data. Voice mail and call waiting included. check out their website..
Second is 100 month, unlimited everything nationwide....

I have one and like it a lot. I have had it about a month and my battery is weird. It only lasts a day and a half. It takes it a while to get to 1/2 battery and then it will tank to "low battery" in 2-3 hours.
Anyone else have this problem?

Cellular South will be coming out with their version of the I-phone soon I hear. I can't remember what they will call it though.

I have the Pearl as well and like it. Blackberry is coming out with the Blackberry Bold very soon, and I think it is supposed to compete with the Iphone.

Smaller package but with multimedia capabilities. Looking forward to it.
