Great steakhouses

I noticed some people have chimed in about good steaks on the ruth's chris thread. So I want to start a thread. What are some of the best steak joints you have eaten at?
I had a 20oz filet at charleys in orlando. It was in my top five.

Anyone tried Texas de Brazil in Memphis?
I really like it. It is not the best steak but the variety is great. Go to their website and sign up for their rewards program. You can eat for free in there on occassion.

Years back it was "The Embers" in the French Quarter(Bourbon and St. Peters). Also Charlie's Steak House, on Dryades off of Napoleon Ave. behind Paschal's Manale!
All in Nawlins mind you.
