Don't waste your money. It's no different from winchester xperts (non-smooth pellets) and double the price.

I had 4 of 7 squib loads from the stuff last year (BB's), and a wad get stuck in my choke tube, costing me about 5 birds one day last season. Copiah Creek had the same problem on the same hunt with a different box. Glad it was a Christmas present and I did not pay money for that crap.

before those post I had heard nothing but good things. I'll let you know after this weekend in Arkie. I got a real good price on a case at the end of last year so I hope they are OK. I guess I will through in an extra gun and some different shells just in case.

I shot several boxes last year. I liked it personally, It seemed like worked pretty well, I am not the greatest shot and my friends will be the first to admit it, but with these shells I made some long mop up shots and killed the birds dead.
I cant say that it is the greatest thing since sliced bread or that it is any better than any other shells, but I liked it.

I dunno if it was any good or not, since I could not get the shells to go "bang."

The reversed wad in the black cloud shells were causing issues with some of the high dollar "wad stripping" chokes. The reversed wad defeated the purpose of a wad stripping choke, which there is no such thing. Patternmaster has added 1" to their tube length and now have a special black cloud choke for like $100.

Yeah the box actually says not to use chokes that are made to slow the wad down

. Guess this would definitely rule out a Patternmaster seeing how thats exactly what they are supposed to do.
