I would like everyone's thoughts and ideas about the Winchester Super X 2. I am considering to buy a mossy oak, semi auto, 3& 1/2 chamber super x 2 winchester. I will appreciate everyone's views and comments about the gun. I only want to hear about the Super x 2. Thanks everyone.

You would be just as well off with a Red Ryder.
Get a real gun.

Don't listen to SBE, he loves the service below expectations gun, don't fault him for it........
Very good gun for the money, basically the same gun as the BGH, just without all the bells and whistles for a lower price. The one thing I dislike about the gun is the high step rib barrel.

This may be the first time ever, but GH22 was exactly right.
SBE=Service Below Expectations OR Sales Before Engineering OR Systematicaly Breaks Extractors OR Sad But Expensive OR Someone Bleep Explatives OR Sucker Born Every.....

Durn, gentlemen. Y'all make me feel like the fat kid!!
I was just trying to get the poor fella on the right track.
before he ends up like y'all!!!
just funnin'
They are all good guns, I personally like the Super X2, it just doesn't cycle as smooth as the SBE...
But then again what does?

Thanks Peewee

Your right. Nothing jams, stovepipes and fails to feed as smoothly for $1200 bucks as a Pooper Smack Beagle.

I should know, I have owned $2,400 worth of the POS's.

OK, OK, Let's quit pickin' on me now.
Steven, I am sorry for taking away from your question.
search this site for automatic shotguns, I think you will find some pretty good info.
Maybe someone who has one will chime in.
Good luck!
GC- remind me to never get on your bad side.

Or my personal favorite:
What kind of "sewer pipe" are you shooting?

Your not on my bad side at all. Benelli however, has a condominium on my "bad side" with a full right of survivorship.

My wife bought me a Winchester Super X 2 last February. Wish I knew what I did right so I could do it again.
Anyway, I hunted with mine from dove season through crow hunting in February. I had it in mud in a bean field and fed it everything from dove loads to 3 1/2 inch goose loads. It never missed a lick and I never did completely strip it down until the first of March.
Great gun!!!!!!!!

I have one that I bought last fall, & while it doesn't have that many rounds fired through it yet, EVERY ONE , cycled flawlessly.

I have really enjoyed owning it & look forward to many seasons to come.
If you're gonna go to the DU great outdoor fest in Memphis you may get to - try one before you buy one. I shot one at Mack's last fall before buying mine.
The shadow grass finish is a nice finishing touch.

Had mine for two years without any problems. Shoot everything from light dove loads to heavy BBB's for geese, always cycles. Only one hang up and I believe that was because of a defect in the shell or damage to the shell from riding in the bottom of the boat.
I have black synthetic 28" and love it. I have not owned 'em all yet but so far it is the best I have owned.
Thanks SUPER X2 IS GREAT!!!

Thanks everyone. I went ahead and got one its a 3& 1/2 inch chamber mossy oak break up finish. Seems like no recoil at all, cycles great too. I've shot everything through there from dove loads,3&1/2 inch BBB goose loads to 3&1/2 inch OOO buckshot. Thanks everyone. I appreciate it.
