All MSDUCKS members are invited. We will probably do what we did last time and have each member bring food and beverages for the cookout.

October 6th cookout?
I think I have to work part of the day on Saturday, but I'm not for sure. Anyway, I will be out there at some point during the day.
October 6th cookout?
Anybody can come.....bring those young hunters, too......we'll have a field just for Dads who want to instruct their younguns' on the finer points of wingshooting (or visa-versa).
Goosebruce, Yokona's close enough...BE THERE!
What happened, get a hold of some green beer or somethin'?
Same program as last cookout i.e. BYO food, drinks, shells, guns, old hunting stuff to sell/trade, wives, kids, DOGS (it'll be cool enough for them, this time), hunting pictures from last season, etc.
Alcohol policy is.....once you partake, your shooting is over, PERIOD! Get there early, do your shooting, then eat, drink and enjoy gettin' to know each other.
Gate opens at 8:00, grill gets fired-up around 10:00. Shoot trap, skeet, 5-stand sporting clays, pool, the BULL,, watch whatever football game the tube will pick-up, cook, eat, HAVE FUN! Shooting is $4/ round (25-30 targets, depending on which game you shoot), $3 cover charge for paper goods, etc......kids under 18 get-in free, targets will be based on portion of round shot at $3/ round.
The attendance will not be limited to just MSDucks members.....bring anybody interested in shooting, duck hunting, good folks and the art of storytelling (lying).
Jeff (Anastasio)....if you come, would you bring me 10 one-pound packages of 'tasso ham' (preferably 'Manda' brand....yellow label w/ red lettering)? 'Can't find it up here......'got plenty of 'Andouille'. Goes good in gumbo. 'Will gladly reimburse you. Either freeze it or ice it down for the trip, up here. 'Hope you and Shelly can make it (whether you bring the tasso, or not)!
I look forward to seeing ya'll again, AND meeting some 'new' faces.
Any more ?'s.....post here!

I've got some 'single' some matresses at the club. Anyone who has a long drive and wishes to stay overnight, either Friday or Saturday night, I'll make arrangenments for ya'll to use the Clubhouse and all the facilities while you are here. Just bring your own sleeping bag or linens, blanket, teddy bear, significant 'other', .....whatever.
'Only thing it doesn't have is a shower.
