I don't do it but a bunch of our guys from Gracie South. Very good workout. Much better than just going to the gym and trying to get "beack" muscles.

Bought it last year...had an accident and didn't use it.
My wife works our 6 days a week and she tried it for 90 days. dropped two dress sizes!
I'm getting ready to try it...pray for me!

BRING IT!!! while I was playing baseball at a CC... on our no-lifting days we would go inside the gym on a huge monitor and exercise to Tony and p90x. Absolutely hillarious but a tough workout

It is rough for sure. Makes you use muscles that you wouldn't in a normal weight lifting routine. The yoga cd is long but great.

any eq. needed other than resistance bands and the pull up bar? will those pull up bars and door frames support 230-240 lbs?

Need a few dumbells too, ideally. Yes, the pull up bar will support you.

im not near the shape i used to be in. but i have lost that first two year of MARRIED GUT, i just cut back to one meal a day, and no soft drinks for three weeks. i starve during the day, but shirt stretcher has disapeared! probably lost 12-15lbs. now its time to get back in shape. i get winded if i have to run to toilet!

planning to go out west in two years so i need to be prepared!

going to try p90x
