I am looking for either one of these guns in full camo, auto, 3.5in with a 26 inch barrel. Can anybody help? Who has the best prices? I will consider new or used. Thanks

I'm not sure about your area, but Jason Golding who is the owner of Lakeway Sporting Goods in Grenada has been running a sale on the X2. You may want to give them a call. The phone#662-227-9210 He also trades, so he may have a used X2 or Browning Gold.

The X2 and the Gold are made from some of the same parts, but not all. I always thought that they were exactly the same, until I tried to swap the parts between two of them last week. Bolt, trigger group and most everything but the barrels and stocks will not interchange.

My old camo "crap" Browning Gold has over 30,000 rounds through it with no hang ups, and has a bunch of sporting clays trophies to go with it. I will take a "crap" Browning Gold over most every other duck gun out there every day of the week! :D

More like $1,800 advice when the SBE craps out and then you add in the cost of a replacement gun.

Actually, my two SBE's, both of which crapped out, were a combined $2,300.00. So, take dat advice, just make sure you got a lot of extra cookie money! :D
