figured id make a post to get this forum going..

let see some pics if you have them or hear what you have in your call collections..

unfortunately i only have 5 calls... the three on my lanyard (daisy cutter, daisy cutter and olt) and then a new old style if i feel the need to replace one and my comp call.

this summer i want to go to some garage/estate sales and see if i can get some old calls. i want to eventually have a display case full of old calls that i think are neat even if they arent worth a nickel.

Yes we had a wonderful time....went home with a truck load of prizes and would have had full wallets if it wasnt for the damn bar after the contest not to mention we picked up the best looking (Pittsfield IL 8.5-9's) chicks at the bar.....but then again it's kinda like shooting fish in a barrell when you throw our incredibly good looks into a town as lacking as Pittsfield, IL :D :D

By the way bowhunter......the lanyard fatigue from that blue lanyard must be brutal....you should look into getting you one of those neoprene jobs like GH22 wears.......it will compliment your HPH's and Market Hunters nicely

Here's some of my grandfathers old calls I had and made a shadowbox to put them in. Includes many Faulk's calls, a Mallardtone and a J.C. Higgins. The "checkered" one is my prized possesion.

I also have started my personal call collection which includes a Hambone I purchased in 1979 in addition to the calls I am now making.

Also have put together a shadowbox with many old lures from the 40's and 50's.

I'd sell now while the market is hot......if you wait much longer you wont be able to pay someone to take it off your hands...... :D
