You are getting there. It's all mental after about 3 to 4 weeks so don't go back.

I wanna try to quit dippin' whenever I get back to the world....wouldnt dream of it now, tho. I quit for a few months before I joined the Army and it wasn't hard at all. Then I got over here and figured 'Ol Haj would kill me before Cope would. I'm so stressed nowadays, I dont think I could do without it.

It doesn't really get any easier... I've been snuff free for just over 3 years and I still crave it every... single... day. Especially in stressful situations.

Be careful with that stuff. It can really bring out anger and mood problems in some folks.

I know this will sound kind of corny but brushing my teeth as soon as I finished eating helped curb that urge after meals.
5 days and I will be dip free for 5yrs

Quit smoking 10/9/08
Quit dipping 10/19/08
Chantix, 2 TIA's, 4 nights in the hospital, and 2 kids at the house and you'll learn to deal with the cravings a little easier. Doc said either quit or call a lawyer and finalize a will.
If brushing your teeth doesn't work, try Icebreaker mints. My problem was reaching for my shirt pocket after a cup of coffee or a meal. Strictly habit at that point.
