DIXIELAND Auction Call

New for 2009 from Dixie Land Calls is the "Rogue". The Rogue is a short barrel call that is built for low to mid volume work in breaks and timber. The overall length of the call is only 4-1/4 inches with a barrel length of 2-5/8 inches. This places the end of the toneboard close to the end of the barrel for great air control. The call can be tuned as a single for more accomplished callers and as a double for almost mistake free duck calling. This little call is pure duck!!
This particular call is made of cocobolo.

Hey guys. I'd just like to add that this is the first cocobolo Rogue I've made other than the prototypes. Not sure if that means anything to you or not. For the winner I will sign the toneboard and number as such. Also when the calls are available for sale the engraving will be a little different.
I'll also set the call up as a double or single for the winner. But thanks to the toneboard design, no modifications other than the reed(s) and cork have to be changed to go back and forth. So I will tune a set of reeds to do both a single and double and include them in the box.
