There have been a bunch of threads on here lately dealing with race in a less than Christian (loving) way - I don't normally bow up about this sort of stuff but am concerned it may being going a little far and, to a lesser degree, am concerned how it makes us look to all the lurkers from OOS. Folks have gone from saying "nagger" and "reggin" to just plain using the N word - I understand where a lot of the race frustration comes from, particularly for y'all in the Delta, but worry that the anonymity of the internet is allowing it to percolate up a nasty way. Am sure I'll get blown out of the water for this one but so it goes - the Olive Branch KKK was on the local news last night wearing hoods and the thought that those guys are making a come back freaked me out. To each his own just had to get that off my chest.

The thought of the kkk making a comeback freaked you out,but the racism coming towards white's doesn't.I don't believe anybody should be mistreated for the color of their skin but the government catering to the minorities (blacks mostly) and them getting away w/ the same stuff whitey been accused of for decades is just as wrong.

Get rid of the double standard, and we shall live in peace.

Wounder how much they love you back.....I know that is not the way to think being Christian, but most would soon to spit on you as to look at you. Most leaches on America can't stand the very people that work and pay for their free ride. See it all day long in my profession.

You did not happen to see where they were taking applications did you? If the KKK is making a comeback for all the right reasons, to protect the heratage of white christian Americans, then ain't nothing wrong with that. I for one don't like having to live day to day worrying about what my girls might hear or see the cheeseburgers do.

As far as using reggins versus cheeseburgers, your right, why candy coat it, they sure as he11 won't.

As Obama made his trip to Africa last week, he shared his empathy for those in Africa and I could only think that he and many others like him needed to be thankful of their decendents being offered a way out many years ago to come to the U.S.

Slavery is a harsh word - as many were treated like family on the farms throughout our country. Treated way better than if they had stayed home.

And, after all these years, they still want more.

If the negro americans had not paid the price for their race with slavery they would still be chunking spears and being eaten by lions.

You can take em out of the jungle but not the jungle out of them....

Not to mention it was their own tribal leaders that sold them into slavery for trade goods....times haven't changed that much after all.

Many times I am not a fan of what blacks do and say so. However to me we aren't supposed to use foul language on here. The N word is one. I try and avoid it here and I definetly think it shouldn't be in the title of a thread. Soooo...
