Anybody checked out this show on the history channel, i have caught it a few times. It comes on sunday nights around 8-9 and is a 30 min show. Its crazy seeing what people will sell on there for nothing, and for the pawn shop to clean it up, restore it some and get back twice to ten times what they paid for it. I like how they tell tips and tricks on how to determine if something is real or not. Its actually like that show on PBS the antique road show where they show how to tell if its real, but actually puts a real price on it.

Watched it several times, good show, the ole man is cool.

watched it last night after Ice Road Truckers. It's amazing the price people say their things are worth and what the price they accept, BIG DIFFERENCE.

That show has way to many commercials for me. It seems a commercial comes every 2 minutes.

Good show when its actually on though.

I love it. watch it every time it comes on.

I like it too. From watching this show I've determined how to be successful at buying and selling items:

1. Determine true value of item.
2. Buy from desperate seller for half.
3. Resell and make 100% profit.

The old man is cool, you deal with him very much and you'll get your britches rolled up!

and it takes alot of money to support a pawn shop is my gathering. They buy and buy, but those items might sit around for years before they are sold for a profit.

Im going to Vegas in October and it just made my top spots to go to. I think I will take a MSducks duck call and see what I can get for it. or maybe a portrait of GH22. I'll threaten to leave it if they don't give me $2,000. I bet they will throw money at me.

If I ever go to Vegas, I plan to go there. He will likely tell you that if GH22 had more hair it would be worth more money. But being it's worn out, he may only offer you a three dollar bill.
