Also do you think he is over 3.5yrs old... I think he is 3.5 - 4.5, but i'm no expert! I'm not sure about the mass though... I think he might get 10-15 more inches if I let him go! He may get shot by the neighbors though...

By the width of his antlers (looks to be about 14-15") I am going to say that he is 3.5 years old.. That means that he will be bigger next year, maybe not much wider (just doesn't look like wide is going to be in his genes) but he might be taller and have more mass for sure.. If I was pretty sure he would be around next year, I might let him walk.. But on my camp, I would shoot.

WOULD I shoot? Heck yeah! Should you give him another year? Probably. Sometimes I get confused about "would" and "should".

Well if you shoot him, he obviously want grow and get any bigger, but if you pass him up he may make it to next year. He has made it this far without gettin shot, he will only get bigger and smarted which will make him harder to kill. Can't kill 160+ by killin them when they are 130.

Your right!!! It's gonna be a hard decision but if I do shoot him it will be with my bow... It would be a great bow kill but I would just stack him to the others that are 120inches.. I want to let him walk...I think if he comes by early in the season I may shoot him but if he makes it through December I will definitely let him walk...Next year he should be at least 135 inches I think!

Please, like you wouldn't shoot him! How many times have you said you just like to kill, ha. At least that 120" would be a legit bow kill unlike those pet, golf course deer. If you don't shoot him Nick will.

Just be your own judge. But if you shoot him and you then say to yourself, "i should have let him walk", then let him go another year. I hunted a big deer for 2 years with a bow and had alot of pics but only saw him 1 time with a rifle but didnt shoot cause i wanted him with a bow, but he was killed by another hunted with a rifle at dark on evening and he didnt even know how big he was, he just knew he had a good rack and shot, and the spot i was huntin was only 66 acres with other hunters hunting all joining land, but the point i am making is he was only seen 2 times in 2 years with only 1 time in daytime. (oh and the deer scored mid 160s   )

If there is not much pressurte around and you think he would live if ya passed him up then pass him up and llay the protein to him soon as season is over...you'll gain more than 10-15 inches...and he no more than 3.5
