big 7 near kosciusko

Killed this 7 point on a friend of mines land near kosciusko. We jumped this deer up while doing some scouting and trying to find a spot to hang a stand. He jumped up in a brush thicket in the middle of crp field with 3 year old pines about 50 yards ahead of me and ran straight awayfrom me...I had some technical difficulties and wasnt able to squeeze a shot off until he was about 150 yards running away from me. Shot him in the back of the neck and boy was i surprised to find out just how big he was. No pictures or anything previous of this deer. Definately made my day alot better!!

the deer was shot off of hwy 43 south out by the shooting range on some dudes place. :wink:
