i love to cook duck, we fry it sometimes, and other times we will marinate it in lemon pepper and make wraps with peppers and cream cheese and bacon and throw them on the grill. and of course we make duck dressing too.
But i want something new, do yall have any good ideas or good recipes.

a slight twist on the marinade would be good..i do some teriyaki and a a lil soy sause with italian dressing and a half a coke to cut some of the salt out and wrap them in bacon. cook the duck medium rare or until the bacon is done and it turns out amazing!

Here is a real simple one. Fillet the breast, clean thouroughly then wrap with bacon. Throw in a big bowl and marinate with orange crush. Let marinate for about 2 hours then throw on the grill. Baste with the remaining orange crush to keep from drying out. Real simple not much mess. Want it a little sweeter substitute coke or pepsi for even a sweeter taste.

Marinate in honey teryaki and then wrap small pieces of duck and pineapple slices with bacon. Cook on grill until done. Ive also put it on the smoker and when it was ready put a glaze of teryaki on it. Dam fine meal. :D

Prepare the duck as you were going to cook it on the grill.......duck breast with cream or peperjack cheese and slice of jalapino, fold and wrap ith bacon and peg with a tooth pick. Beat a couple eggs...dredge the duck rolls in the egg and then in flour and deep fry it.....do not pan fry....."DEEP FRY".........as you know duck is better a little rare, so it doesnt cook long.........OH DAMN its good

Two oranges, one lemon, garlic powder, salt+pepper, Tonys. Squeeze the juice out of the fruit through the quarters in with the breast filets, lil vinager help with moisture, season up and wrap in foil bake in oven for 1.5 hours, or put in smoker with some apples in the foil for 2 hours. It will melt in your mouth.
