You guys will not see this as the clarion ledger will never print it but it was written. And before anyone gets there lil feelings trampled on and starts raising up about equality and all the other $#!+, please remember - I NO LONGER CARE!!!

Welcome to Jackson, home of murders, rapes, burglary, car theft, etc. I can remember when “Welcome to Jackson†had a meaning other than what’s now listed. Today o’ wondrous citizens my car was stolen. Actually, it was a truck. I bought it from my dad to make it through pharmacy school (I’ll finish in May). I have been subsisting on student loans and family 6 years. Before that, I played four years of college baseball and received a degree in biology. I had a dream to play pro ball – a dream I worked hard for, showing up early and leaving late from practice everyday. That dream never materialized, so instead of getting angry and taking what I did not earn, I swallowed my pride and went back to school. All the while, watching my friends get jobs, buy items when and where they wanted, and took their friendly ribbing at my expense. Today Jackson, you worthless sespool, you have lost a friend, a future taxpayer, and most importantly, a good citizen. You are losing them everyday, but the mayor and police do not care. In fact, when the “police†got there, the officer talked about how bad the odds are of regaining my car. Then he proceded to inform me how I could find my own car. “Ride the ghettos and you’ll probably pass it, then just give us a call.†Do you believe that? What’s wrong with this? I’ll tell you, we as citizens can go to jail for taking the law in our own hands, but the criminals can get off “scot-free†with a mere slap on the wrist. If this makes it to print (which I doubt it does), I’m sure the mayor, police chief, city council will all condemn me, saying, “it’s just public ‘perception’ and we actually are working our hind-ends off to stop the crime.†To this I ask, “when was the last year crime actually decreased?†I don’t have figures and to be honest, I am not going to waste my time looking for them, so have fun giving me quotes about the past crime rates. But you tell that to me and the thousands of other citizens that have had things stolen from us by worthless scum that YOU allow to walk the streets to our face. This is the third time my truck has been broken into since May ’02, but the first time it has been stolen. Each time, six hundred dollars in damage was done to the lock system, which I replaced with the help of insurance that I struggle to pay (remember the loans). In that same time frame, a student in my class had his truck stolen at gun-point. It was later recovered when a friend of his saw it traveling down State Street, windows down, rap music blaring. I am sure he just needed it for a little bit, and the little scamp was just fixing to return it. Those little tykes are funny like that are they not? Unfortunately, Jackson is lost. The only way to get it back is by force. Physically taking the streets back, but that will not happen as the “good†citizens of this town are helpless, with hands tied firmly behind their backs. Frankly, I am tired of the liberal media having me believe that I am wrong for making MY money, buying what I want to, etc. I am tired of paying taxes (that’s right, I pay mine) so some worthless thief, rapist, murderer can live in comfort and have cable. So to that end I say, “good†citizens leave now, do not attempt to raise a family in this sespool. To the mayor, police chief, etc I say, "have fun w/ this place because you are soon to be one "good" citizen less - how many can you afford to lose? To the Clarion Ledger I say, "Show some guts, print this, heck it'll probably get some reading." And finally to the worthless scum that is having someone read this paper they stole to them I say, “Heed my warning, if you again find yourself thinking about venturing to my property but value life instead, don’t do it, because you will not hear a sound, not a question will be uttered, I AM GONNA TAKE MY LIL CORNER OF THE WORLD BACK!â€
