My father in law has a 3 or 4 bedroom for sale. Sits on about 5 acres and has a private lake. Totally gutted and renovated within the last year. Let me know if you are interested. Right outside of town on old 82.

not as many "mid-range" houses right now, as there usually are. they are either 60-100k small houses that either need updating or are in a somewhat dicey part of town, or 400k+ "executive homes".
the free publication put out by the realtors in the golden triange, used to be majority starkville, but not so much anymore.

I was debating on putting this up here or not but I guess I will go ahead with it. The wife and I signed a contract on a house this weekend so we will be moving out of our rental middle of May (HUGE step in our lives). My land lord was thinking about selling the place but told me if I could find a "good" tenant to replace me he would consider renting it out again. The house is a 3/2 bout 1700 sqft, has a decent sized backyard, close to down town (<1 mile) and he is fine with pets. He is asking 750 for rent. If you are interested pm me and I'll give you more information.

my brother has a house for sale about five miles west of starkville right off 82.... been for sale for months and he is already moved to hattiesburg.... would make a HELL of a deal... promise that.
If it wasn't for bad luck then i would have no luck at all........
