Pontoon Blind?

does anyone know if your allowed to leave a pontoon blind out in tunica cutoff? I know in arkabutla you need a permit.
depends on what you mean by leaving it. if your talking about finding a spot and leaving it out somewhere away from the ramps the answer is yes and good luck finding a spot thats not already has a blind in it. IF your talking about leaving it off a ramp then you'll have to pay rent.
