thanks, but I'm not looking for any secrets. I'm not going to be hunting public land. I just haven't been able to get up with the guide this week. I was just curious.

I can't speak for Greenville, but the hunting in Arkansas west of Greenville is picking up some with the last front that pushed through. You won't be covered up with ducks, but should have a decent hunt. If you guide is any good that is...

it is NEVER a waste of time to be out hunting with your son....
has nothing to do with the number of ducks you see or kill

Greenwave, I just came back from Greenville and the mallards were pouring into a field just as I was leaving. I was actually about 15 miles northeast of Greenville. Also, I saw a ton of geese off of Hwy. 12 right on the side of the road. I would try my luck. The few people at the camp that went this weekend all killed limits. Good luck!

Well, it should be fun at least, yeah I think there are some ducks around there. The question is will they be where you'll be? Actually I hunt the other side of the river and it's been a fair season, had a few pitiful hunts but no 0'fers like we had a time or two last year.
