ID this snake

My cousin in Oklahoma found this in his flower bed..any idea what is it?

looks like a rat snake to me

It looks like a Dekay snake. I am not sure what subspecies is there in OK, but the species is Storeria dekayi

looks like an Oklahoma Flower Bed Snake to me. Find them frequently in flower beds and in Oklahoma, go figure.
