Im looking to buy a new climber stand this season, but wants some opinions on what you fellas use. Im useing a Summit Viper that a buddy of mine let me borrow and I really like it, but I wish the dang thing had a foot rest bar on it. Let me know what you think on the best one for the money, or If you have one for sale let me know.

I feel safer in a Summit than anything else. I have the Goliath. I think you can put a foot rest on them.

Ol Man is you plan on being mobile, or the Lone Wolf...Millenium if you don't plan on changing trees often...Summit gets you somewhere in the middle of mobility and comfort...

i have a tree lounge, i absolutely love mine. don't have any complaints and it's easy to set up, pack, and take a nap in

killed quite a few deer out of it too. i have a set of wheels that i install on them with a cotter pin and use that to roll my deer out of the woods if i can't get to them with a 4 wheeler for some reason. i think the stand was a little less than 200 bucks, and had it for like 10 years now.

Wish loggy bayou was still in business and making the old models. Lightest and safest stand I have ever had. 15 years old and still goin strong. Lets hope that band holds out.

I have a Lone Wolf sit and climb. I like it because it's light and folds down to pack pretty tight. It makes longer hikes through thick stuff allot more manageable. It's also a very quiet climb compared to some stands I've used.
Compared to a Summit, you give up some comfort and it takes a bit longer to get on a tree. The Lone wolf is also pretty expensive compared to most of the competition.
Just some thoughts on what I use.
