Ok, I have finally surrendered to the dark side. I just got my first 'smartphone', a Blackberry Torch. Now for the question for the DS Braintrust - - - -
How do I get my work and personal emails on this D@$%&!?%$#@&? thing?

The sales rep at the store should have given you a tutorial and done that for you . You can do it yourself but would probably be easier to go back to the store.

On my Blackberry Curve, you go to set up, then email settings and add the email accounts you want.

FYI - The work email could be a problem. See your IT person about that issue. Sometimes they have fire walls in place that cause a issue.
