I read about this website in newspaper last week and thought I'd share. It lists gas stations that sell ethanol free fuel. Preferred for small engines and boat motors.

Re: pure-gas.org
I noticed that last year that most BP stations had Ethanol free gas. How do they get around it??

Thanks I needed that information.

generally speaking, its unbranded fuel. Not a bad thing for boats, lawn mower, string trimmers, etc. But I wouldn't suggest it in your vehicle as you run a risk of alot of contaminates. Pick your station well that gets alot of business, so you know their fuel inventory is drained and filled often.

Re: pure-gas.org
question. i was told that the high test/premium/ethol gas does not have ethanol. you can tell how old i am. is that correct?
Re: pure-gas.org
You talking about 93 octane? Yes, it has ethanol. Now racing fuel, no it does not. Matter of fact, it is leaded.olduckhunter wrote:question. i was told that the high test/premium/ethol gas does not have ethanol. you can tell how old i am. is that correct?

In regards to the BP stations (specifically the Kangaroo Express across from Crossgates Lake in Brandon), I noticed tonight they had the 10% or less ethanol sticker on their pumps. The stickers haven't been there until this week as I had specifically looked as this is where I always fill up my boat. I haven't looked at the list since Sunday but this station was one of the ones that supposedly sold ethanol-free gas. I guess things change.
