ANY DUCKS AT EAGLE LAKE?

HAS ANYBODY EVER HUNTED AT EAGLE LAKE AND IF SO ARE THERE ANY DUCKS IN THERE AND IS THERE EVEN PUBLIC PLACES TO HUNT?

as many as the stars in the sky. and places to hunt??? are you serious? they have a guy named fred that will take you to your blind, cook breakfast, clean your ducks and scout for the next hunt. all for $25.

Dear Dink,
This is the off season so not many people are perusing this forum lucky for you. So let me splain how this works. Places to duck hunt are hard to come by and even harder when you are limited to hunting Public Lands. So no one is going to answer your question EVER. The way to find the answers to your question is to do what I and many others do. RESEARCH and SCOUT. Come about mid November of this year get you a boat ride over to Eagle Lake and find out if there any ducks. Not being mean but this is probably the nicest answer you will get on your question.

I don't know about the duck hunting but I stopped in at that Lo Sto one evening, next thing I know I woke up the next morning on the hood of a 73 Ford Pinto

Yes. Tons of ducks. But it requires a Topwater Internet Scouting permit to hunt it.

For the answer to your question.... Yes eagle lake has tons of ducks, but can only be hunted by special permit. The season is open from Feb 1- Nov 1. To obtain a permit, all you need to do is go ahead and hunt, killl all the ducks you can, then take your ducks to the local game warden and he will issue a permit. Permit fees will depend on how many ducks you have.

Yea, heard they aint gona let any boats on it for a while. Guess i am gona have to walk in this year.
