Which Chainsaw to buy?

I have looked at both Stihl and Husqvarna but not real sure which one i like the best. Any input would be great..

Stihl or Husqvarna, either are great.
I have a Stihl, and think you can find parts / stores that carry parts easier.

Both are very god saws and would be my only options
that said having ran one for quite a while a few years back, Stihl
only and they could have changed this, The husky used to be alot heavier than Stihl
that would be the debate

Most important thing is to make sure you have plenty of motor for whatever size bar you get.

stihl...... hands down. you don't buy stihl's at lowe's or home depot. You can get them worked on WHERE YOU BOUGHT IT. There is a reason stihl is # 1, and yes, i'm biased, i sell them.

My dad has a timber company, and all they use and have used is Stihl.

I have the Husqvarna 445 with 18" bar with 46cc and have NO complaints! I fully agree with making sure you have enough booty behind the saw to run the chain no matter what you buy. Also, make sure that you buy accordingly, as in don't buy a residential model if you are gonna be cutting all the time.

Stihl MS290 FarmBoss 20" bar, great all around saw
