HIP survey

I'm pretty sure I asked this same question last year...how does one, being a lifetime license holder, go about completing the HIP survey online? The only way I have found that is even close on the website is through the purchase license link and it won't let me submit the survey without purchasing a license and I don't want another one! One man show at work right now and don't need to be tied up on the phone or I would do it that way.

I always just go to wal mart and do it there. Usually just takes a minute.

Yup,,, go to wal mart. Its FREE. But as a lifetime holder myself there should be a better system as now i have a big paper receipt to add to the wallet.

Did you mean state or federal stamp? That sounds crazy to me that you have to buy a state stamp with a lifetime license. Over here in TN everybody with the lifetime license goes to any place that sells licenses to get their HIP survey too.

State stamp is not included with MS lifetime, was pretty disappointed when I read that. My AR lifetime covers both the state waterfowl stamp and trout stamp.

It's a lifetime license. Your duck stamp money goes to fund important waterfowl projects. Smile when you buy it. ;)
