GM 2500 HD Leveling Kit Question

Any of y'all have a leveling kit on a 2500 HD? On a new one?
I had one installed yesterday....and the front of the truck started bouncing so bad when I left the dealership that I couldn't control it. I know they have to turn up the torsion bars and re-align it when installing it, but are they forgetting something........anybody ever seen this happen? I pulled back in there and left it with them.

They got something wrong. It should feel stiffer but not bounce

turning up the torsion bars is going to make it ride like crap....no way around it!
but yes, anytime the torsion bars or keys are messed with an alignment is usually needed

I've got one on my 2010 2500hd. Haven't experienced the bouncing at all. What kit did they use? Readylift is what I have, did it myself. Afterwards, took it to the tire shop and got it realigned. No issues since. Are you sure the did an alignment?

Did they use a torsion key leveling kit? If so they don't have it tightened.

I think they did use the Torsion Key kit. They took it to an alignment place to have it aligned.....i know they did that. It would get to bouncing if i went over a seam in the asphalt/concrete and wouldn't stop. I had a Truxxx brand one on my 1500 and had it aligned and never had a problem with it. This one is going crazy.
What did they not tighten?

Check to make sure your shocks are still there. Then check to see if the shocks are aftermarket or stock. Those kits require new shocks or shock extensions so they won't bottom out. Deffinitely sounds like a shock problem.

I don't think the new gm trucks have the torsion bar setup. Pretty sure you have to put a 2 inch block spacer in top of the coil bw the housing. I may be totally wrong though. And yes those spacers make them ride like sh't. Especially the 2500s

I have the leveling kit on my 09 model. It rides fine but I didn't have them tighten my torsion bars up so the ride would be more like stock.

almost sounds like they tightened the keys up too much to where they have no travel and the only suspension you had was your tires, i put keys on my old z and accidentally tightened them up wayyy too much and it bounced so dang bad it felt like the front tires were leaving the ground, I backed them out about three turns and it helped a lot
