legal question on ingress through soybeans

In one hole I have about 5 acres of standing soybeans. The farmer usually combines a lane through them to where I put a stool for a one-man blind. first, let me say I do not want to knock down any beans as I think it's better to leave them standing so they will not deteriorate and the ducks have no trouble stripping a standing bean plant. It is my understanding that I can create a one lane four wheeler path to the blind and also it is okay that some beans will get knocked down around the blind in its normal course of use and while retrieving ducks. is this correct?
