Ok, yall go on an call me gay or whatever, but I am looking for a good comfortable pair of camp shoes. I want something a little taller than a shoe, slips on and off easily, doesnt have a tight fit, and it rubber/waterproof up to about my ankles. I want something like a low boot so that I can tuck my pants into them and not get the bottoms muddy walking back and forth outside. And I'm tired of wearking my cowboy boots up to camp and ruinign them. Any opinions. I was looking at the llbean boots and wanted to know other options that I may not know about out there.

Maybe the Junior size will fit you.

Bean Boots. Best thing ever made. I've worn them since I was a little kid. Very comfortable and dry. Wear mine all the time.

For a slip on, I wear Merrel Jungle Mocs all the time before putting on waders and after hunts. Easy to slide on and as comfortable as a tennis shoe.

You can never go wrong with Crocs. Muck boots are legit too. Just don't wear either in public places as a regular footwear choice.

Those crocs are pretty solid.

Completely waterproof?

I take it that the way they look doesn't matter since you can't look down and see them after you put them on.
