Feedcall, if the guy that owns the business is a friend of yours... don't be afraid to tell them how this chap was treated... be sure he knows. No business owner wants pr like that.
Lots of compaines sell trailers... Which one to do I want? Hell, I don't know... The only name that comes to mind right now is Baker trailer, and apprently, if you don't know someone or return it to your selling place, you can't get it fixed... You think the Baker in baker trailer likes that rep? No way.
When you buy something, you expect good service. When you get great service, you should be a likely to tell someone as when you get $#!+ on. But good service, should come with a product. My customers expect something extra... if I only give them what they paid for, whats the point for them to return to me? I only did what they expected... I must do more, and try too every chance I get.
I had some kidney stones busted up at St Fransis hospital in memphis yesterday. Had nuff stones I been everyplace over the last 2 years with these stones, so i got a knowledge base to speak of... Nobody has treated me bad... I got the same good service everywhere I went... But St Fransis did more... I felt like I was in a nice resturaunt, everyone was so pleasant. Everyone, i mean from the lady that calls your number to come up to give your insurance card, to the lady that wheels you down, to the nurses, to the maintence man I talked to on the elevator, eveyone was nice, and had a smile on their face. Its the same equipment in that van, it moves from hosipital to hospital everyday... Its the same doctor, he's my doctor and decides where he'll do the procudre... SO given a choice, where will I go next time? Same product, only difference is how they treat me. Every business should be run just like that. travis

I had a kidney stone busted in the same "van" as you probably did...something like Tennessee lithotripsy service or something. Anyway, I feel your pain man that crap hurts....kidney stones that is..that lithotripsy didn't hurt at all...just left a small purple mark on my back.

Dutch I got 7 this time.... doc went and got one last week, and left some plumbing from my pecker up to my bladder... busted them up yesterday... law only allows 4000 whacks, so he gave me a max treatment, and I got to go back tuesday for another litho, and then sometime next week he gets his plumbing back outta me... No fun. Last year, I felt ok after litho... this year, man I felt like I was in a redneck bar fight... my dang back and nads hurt so bad, pissing blood everywhere... Made it 2.5 hours at work this am... on the 4th percocet, i came home while I could still drive. travis

Booger, you mean you never heard of ASB? Acute Semen Backup? Apprently it only effects married men, cause I never had any symptons when I was single. travis

I wanted to let everyone know that I picked up my trailer today. Baker Trailer repaired the problem free of charge. I want to say that I think they did a very nice job repairing the crack, and providing additional bracing.

I'm very pleased with the way they chose to handle this situation. Knowing this now, I would highly recommend them in to anyone looking for a trailer. Chuck was very friendly and helpful.

Thanks.
