I'm pretty buck hungry. I'd shoot him now. May not be the best management option but.....
I bet he is 130 or so now. Hard to tell about the mass and I can't really age him from the pics. 3 would be my best guess.

Man that's a nice buck, but my opinion is that if you are asking this question, you should let him walk. I agree with Parker, if you kill him there is no chance of him getting to the 160+ range. He should be a stud next year!!

heard an old guy say that if you have to sit and debate over weather or not to take the shot then it's prolly best to let him walk...
i'd shoot him and not think twice about it. it's all about what's a trophy to you though. dayum good deer though no matter what you decide. he's a good'n now and if he makes it he'll be a good'n again.

Problem is, most of the time, NEXT YEAR never happens. Over 75% of
ALL BUCKS alive right now in MS are seen by at least one hunter during the hunting season.

I'd kill him with a gun, bow, tomahawk, or spear. that's a good deer. unless you have 2,000 acres and he can hide out, he will die this year.

cant really go by width cause different genes as far as width throughout the state but you can go by beam length or the chest size of the deer

Agree 100% if you have the place he can hide let him go but if not you will be sorry

If it makes you happy shoot! If it doesnt , dont. Dont shoot it and then wish you wouldnt have. That is something I cant stand!
